Its founder and principal, Scott D. Scott is an accomplished national commercial real estate attorney and executive, who has worked for both private industry and government agencies. Scott has been a real estate partner with a law firm and a managing executive and counsel with three real estate investment and development platforms.

- Managed the acquisition and sale of more than 125 commercial properties, including the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and the handling of financial underwriting, due diligence, title, finance, and closing matters.
- Executed the repositioning and rehabilitation of over 20 retail projects.
- Managed the ground-up development of over 70 retail projects, including as a preferred developer for various pharmacy, grocery, and retail companies.
- Negotiated and closed over 70 secured financings.
- Negotiated over 225 commercial leases, including ground, net, office, public/private
- partnership, and build-to-suit leases.
- Managed multiple public/private development projects involving Orange County and the states of Illinois and Wisconsin.
- Successfully handled multiple mediations, arbitrations, court trials, and jury trials.
- Appeared before numerous public agency boards concerning project approvals.
- Oversaw the asset management of various commercial real estate assets and portfolios with values exceeding $500 million.
